Mission

The mission of the foundation is to assist any public organization at the central and local level as well as non-profit organizations in capacity building and in improving their governance.
To carry out its mission, the Foundation focuses its activity on the following:
• Assistance to the public sector, local or central, to increase organizational and leadership skills.
• Assistance to the non-public sector in increasing accountability, management and organizational capacity in order to be transparent.
• Assistance to local public administration to ensure effective cooperation and partnership with the third sector in the service of good governance and sustainable development of society.
• Encouraging the increase of the capacity of non-governmental organizations to undertake useful activities and to be capable partners of the government in solving those social problems that lead to the improvement of the social life in the country.
• Use of Information Technology for the creation of automated Information Platforms for the collection and processing of information.
• Encouraging and assisting in the drafting and implementation of legal projects aimed at capacity building, approximation of domestic legislation with that of the EU and improvement of Governance.
• Development and promotion of studies that help identify problems and better knowledge of the environment, for public or private institutions, necessary to determine the elements where to act and appropriate policies to increase capacity and / or improve governance.
• Community development through developmental and sustainable education to ensure its participation in decision-making.
• Promoting local initiatives in rural areas to develop projects and civil society to reduce poverty.
• Financial assistance, integrated reporting, risk management and monitoring,
• Development of accounting methodology and financial reporting for central and local government bodies.
• Project preparation and direction
• Analysis of the functions of public and non-public organizations and improvement of their processes in the function of good governance and services for the public
• Drafting sustainable economic policies
• Organizing trainings on the above issues.
